John Kalka is a member of the Digital & Technology team at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), where he focuses on technology diligence and technology-enabled value creation across the firm's industrial portfolio companies. His work centers on identifying opportunities to modernize technology platforms, improve data and analytics capabilities, and strengthen cybersecurity and digital infrastructure to support operational performance and growth. Before moving into private equity, John spent nearly two decades as a technology leader inside industrial companies, giving him firsthand perspective on the challenges and opportunities that matter most to management teams. He partners closely with management teams and operating partners to translate technology investments into measurable enterprise value, with a particular focus on industrial and services businesses.
