Earlier in his career, Joseph played a key leadership role in scaling Atlas Organics, where he helped build and acquire 14 composting facilities across the United States prior to a successful exit in 2021. During his time with Atlas, he supported capital formation, operational integration, and strategic growth initiatives that contributed to the company’s national recognition, including being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Impact list. A graduate of Wofford College, Joseph brings a long-term ownership mindset to building mission-driven businesses that align strong financial performance with meaningful environmental and community outcomes.
