Juliane Stephan is an Operating Partner at BayPine. Ms. Stephan has focused the majority of her career on partnering with businesses to accelerate growth through improvements in technology enablement, operations and go-to-market strategies.

Previously, Ms. Stephan was a Principal at Incline Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Pittsburgh. Prior to that, she was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company and a Director at PwC Strategy&, focusing on performance improvement and digital operations in both roles.

Ms. Stephan is originally from Germany and holds a BA from Zeppelin University and a MSc and CEMS MIM from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
