Katelyn LaTorra is a Human Capital Operating Partner responsible for equipping and empowering AHP portfolio companies to effectively scale and accelerate value enhancement. Katelyn brings broad human capital experience across healthcare and financial services, where she supports the portfolio through pre-investment due diligence and the execution of post-acquisition value enhancement plans, partnering with management teams on organizational design, performance and talent initiatives. Prior to AHP, Katelyn was a Vice President of Human Capital & ESG at Frazier Healthcare Partners and Cerberus Capital Management.
Mrs. LaTorra received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
