Kristen Muir is the Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Blackford Capital, where she drives value creation across portfolio companies through revenue growth, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. She leads portfolio-wide reporting and performance management, board governance cadence, and key operational processes across the investment lifecycle, including planning, deal transition, and exit readiness. She also supports leadership deployment and change management across the firm’s investments.

Prior to Blackford Capital, Kristen holds over a decade of experience in Finance Strategy & Consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, where she advised more than 20 clients across industrials, manufacturing, and business services on value creation, financial and operational optimization, and business transformation.

She earned her degree in Finance from Michigan State University, where she was a leader on the Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys running, health and wellness, and spending time with family.
