Mert leads Efficio’s private equity business in North America and has built strong partnerships with leading PE houses internationally, helping them grow their procurement value creation capabilities.

He has in-depth expertise in executing large procurement and supply chain value creation programs and in building commercial competency for portfolio companies across a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, industrials, and financial services. Known for his hands-on approach, Mert works very closely with management teams, operating partners, and investment leaders throughout the investment lifecycle, bringing to the table extensive experience in organic growth, M&A, and carve-outs.
