Michael is a Partner and the M&A Leader for Frazier Healthcare Partners’ Center of Excellence Team. In this capacity, he partners with investment professionals, management teams, and other operators to maximize value creation across the full lifecycle of Frazier Growth Buyout’s portfolio companies. Michael joined Frazier in August 2022.

He has over 20 years of transaction experience and has worked with a myriad of private and public companies on topics ranging from M&A, divestitures, and strategic transformations. At Frazier, Michael has successfully led integration and synergy capture programs for some of the largest add-on transactions within the portfolio. Additionally, Michael has led several Value Maximization programs for Frazier’s most recent platform investments.

Prior to joining Frazier, Michael was a Senior Director in A&M's Private Equity Practice. Previously, he was with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Transactions group, and before that, Michael spent six years at McKinsey & Company in New York. Michael earned an MBA degree from Cornell University.
