Nick is currently CEO of Interconnect Solutions Company, a Cogenuity portfolio company based in Southern California.

Prior to his current role he was the President of Ingersoll Rand’s Precision and Science Technologies division where he headed a > $1bn business segment.

Nick was formally President of PFS, Accudyne a Carlyle Portfolio company which he successfully led the exit to Ingersoll Rand.

Earlier on in his career he had various leadership roles at Xylem and ITT.

Nick is also a Board Member of Planet Water Foundation, a non-profit organization providing safe, clean drinking water to over 5m beneficiaries and +2000 schools in 33 countries.

He is a graduate of Ashridge College and a certified Lean Six Sigma Champion.
