Nidhi Badaya is an SVP within Alpine Investor’s portfolio value creation team where she serves as an Operating Partner for Alpine’s portfolio, specifically focusing on profitability maximization initiatives. Prior to Alpine, Nidhi was the Global Head of FP&A, Data, & Pricing and Sterling Check where she co-led Sterling’s IPO. Nidhi’s career spans various operating roles at WeWork and Microsoft, she began her career in management consulting at Ernst & Young and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and MPA from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
