Ryan Walter is a Partner at Jennings Executive Search, where he leads the firm's Pricing and Revenue Strategy practice, working closely with private equity groups and their portfolio companies to identify and place pricing and commercial leadership talent. With over 15 years of expertise in pricing strategy, profit optimization, and commercial leadership, Ryan has driven multimillion-dollar margin improvements at industry leaders including Fencing Supply Group, Summit Electric Supply, and PrimeSource Building Products through strategic pricing transformations, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ryan has also consulted with leading companies during his time with Insight2Profit, where he helped clients improve profits through data-driven pricing, mix management, and sales strategies. Earlier in his career, Ryan held analytics and pricing leadership positions at Dynata, Michaels, and 7-Eleven.
Ryan is also co-founder of Profit Academy, an AI-enabled pricing education platform. He holds an MBA with a concentration in business intelligence and predictive analytics from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, a Master of Music in double bass performance from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Arts from the Manhattan School of Music, and is a Certified Pricing Professional (CPP).
