Sayoung is an Operating Partner, formerly at Investcorp Technology Partners and held contemporaneous positions as Head of Strategy and COO at both Impero Software dba Ativion and Zift Solutions dba Unifyr. Previously, she led M&A and integrations at Shine (formerly Ageras) and headed the global Deal Finance team at AstraZeneca. Additionally, Sayoung was the Chief Commercial Officer at Scapa Healthcare as well as head of Global Corporate Development and Strategy at Scapa Group plc responsible for sourcing, executing and integrating acquisitions. Prior to her operational roles, she was also an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in both New York and London, executing private and public M&A deals and equity and debt financings. Sayoung holds a BA in Economics from Hunter College.
