Shaleen is a Managing Director in EY-Parthenon’s Software Strategy Group, where he advises private equity investors and software portfolio leaders on product and technology transformation across the deal lifecycle—from acquisition diligence and post-close value creation to exit readiness. He partners closely with operating partners, deal teams, Chief Product Officers, and Chief Technology Officers at PE firms and their portfolio companies on product strategy, engineering effectiveness, platform modernization, and operating models that accelerate growth and strengthen investment outcomes.

With 15+ years spanning strategy consulting, technology consulting, and software development, Shaleen has led complex diligence and transformation programs across large take-privates, buyouts, carve-outs, integrations, and separation planning. Prior to EY-Parthenon, Shaleen partnered with business and technology executives to deliver large-scale digital transformation programs, and worked in product development and software engineering in the infrastructure software and network observability space.
