Souvick joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in January 2025 as a Center of Excellence Principal, Technology & Innovation, bringing over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. His responsibilities include supporting Frazier’s due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions, institutionalizing technology best practices, and working with Frazier portfolio company CTOs, CIOs, and key executives through mentoring and coaching.

Souvick has a distinguished track record of delivering over $400 million in EBITDA improvements through technology-enabled strategies. His expertise spans product modernization, data and AI, enterprise transformation, sourcing strategy and digital innovation, and ensuring alignment between leadership teams and operational objectives for long-term success.

Prior to Frazier, Souvick spent nine years at various multi-strategy investment firms, such as Cerberus Capital Management and most recently at Brookfield Asset Management as a Vice President in their portfolio operations, driving value creation across the portfolio. During that time, Souvick consistently led initiatives that redefined product strategy and operational frameworks, including technology carve-outs, integrations, and the establishment of scalable IT infrastructures. He has a strong focus on optimizing processes, implementing advanced cybersecurity protocols, and enhancing customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.
