Susan Scutt is a transformational leader with more than 25 years of experience across corporate and Private Equity businesses. Susan began her PE career as Chief of Staff at a Vista Equity Partners (VEP) portfolio company, where she successfully led the execution of Vista’s Value Creation Plan. She subsequently joined VEP, serving as Chief of Staff to the founder of their Consulting Group, spearheading transformational initiatives within Vista’s flagship portfolio companies and establishing Vista’s External Director program. Following her tenure at VEP, Susan built and led Portfolio Operations at TCV. Most recently, she directed Portfolio Optimization Centers of Excellence at Partners Group, driving strategic improvements across the portfolio.
