Allan is the CIO of Chiko, where he oversees capital allocation, direct investments, and daily operations. He previously held founder, CEO, and CFO roles across multiple startups, and prior to that, began his career in investment banking and wealth management. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Sc. from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
