Ben is a Principal at OCP Asia and has been based in Hong Kong since 2001. He was a member of the team that established OCP Asia in 2009.

Ben is extensively involved in the structuring, management and restructuring of all types of Private Credit transactions throughout Asia Pacific, including Australia, with a focus on the legal aspects of such transactions.

Prior to the establishment of OCP Asia, Ben was lead deal counsel at Stark Investments. Ben started at Stephenson Harwood in London in 1999 and was an Associate in the banking departments of their London and Hong Kong offices where he specialized in banking and restructuring throughout the region.

Ben graduated from Cardiff University and the University of Law and is a qualified lawyer.
