Hwee is Managing Director, CEO Office at Saison International, the global business arm of the Tokyo-listed financial services firm Credit Saison Co., Ltd. In this role, she drives new growth initiatives for the Group and is responsible for building a global private credit funds portfolio, leveraging her extensive General Partner (GP) experience.

With more than 20 years in the global finance industry, Hwee has a diverse background spanning both public and private asset classes. Her professional experience includes investments, portfolio management, business development, and capital formation. In her personal capacity, she is a strategic thought partner and mentor to founders and emerging managers. Hwee began her career in asset management at GIC.
