Mr. Joe Qiao serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Globaltec Capital, a distinguished single-family office based in Taiwan, where he oversees the wealth management of the founder of the second largest Taiwan semiconductor design company.

Before his tenure at Globaltec Capital, Mr. Qiao held senior positions at Sinovation Ventures, JP Morgan, and Deloitte. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Qiao is an adjunct professor of Finance at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where he teaches wealth management in finance and family office programs.

Mr. Qiao holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and is a certified U.S. CPA.
