Noel is head of investment & asset management at Broadmoor Management, a single-family office with a global multi-asset mandate. Broadmoor Management adopts a mix of in-house and external management allocation strategies, in partnership with select fund managers via funds and co-investment.

Noel’s investment experience has focused on cash flow-generating asset classes with firms such as HSBC, JLL, Pacific Star, APREA, and Stewardship Asia – a Temasek-backed entity. On the startup front, he took a leap of faith during COVID to co-found a hospitality group that leased and operated hotel and hostel properties, growing to over 1,000 beds under management within three years and exiting at over 20% IRR when borders reopened.

Noel is a CFA charter holder and earned his master’s in applied finance at Singapore Management University.
