Based in Singapore, Pavan has over 20 years’ experience in finance and banking starting his career in Australia working as a lawyer. He then moved to New York to take up a number of roles at Citigroup, including Investment banking and working on their Private Equity Fund of Funds. He then returned to Australia in 2011 to work for Quentin Ayers, one of Australia’s premier alternative asset consultants, where he advised Australian Superannuation funds on their private equity, credit and infrastructure portfolios. In 2016 he moved to Singapore to join a new family office, Golden Alpha, where he is currently leading the private market investments globally.
