Ms. Shannon Li is a senior institutional capital markets professional with over 12 years of experience across public markets, private capital, and cross-border investment, with a particular focus on real assets, transition finance, and structured capital solutions in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Shannon serves as a Principal at WYNNES, a Singapore-based multi-family office founded by Ms. Carol Seah in 1998, advising on private markets investment strategy with a focus on real asset and infrastructure-linked opportunities. Concurrently, she is a senior executive member at Digital Capital Group (DCG), a neo investment banking platform with offices in Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi and Tokyo, where she leads business development and strategic capital formation with an emphasis on bridging Asian and Middle Eastern institutional capital into future-proof infrastructure with impact clarity, enabled by a differentiated, digital-native approach.

Her career spans institutional roles at the forefront of public and private capital markets, including as APAC Coverage Lead, Sustainable Finance and Investment at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), and prior to that as APAC/ China Business Executive at BlackRock, contributing to the firm's strategic investment and franchise build in the region. She started her career as a management consultant with Monitor Deloitte Group in China, specializing in healthcare, consumer, tech and media growth and M&A strategies.
