Shirsha Ganguly has c.18 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the majority of her career at EAAA Alternatives, an India‑dedicated ~US$7.8bn alternative assets manager focused on private credit and infrastructure. During her tenure, she has worked across multiple functions, with deep expertise in institutional client coverage, capital raising and long‑term relationship management.

Shirsha currently leads EAAA Alternatives’ Singapore office, where she is responsible for driving capital raising initiatives and managing strategic relationships with leading institutional investors across Singapore and the broader Asia‑Pacific region.

Prior to joining EAAA Alternatives, Shirsha worked in investment banking at Nomura India.

She holds an MBA in International Business from IIFT New Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Delhi University, where she graduated top of her class.
