Stephen Wong is an Associate Director, Investment at AIA Hong Kong & Macau, where he focuses on investment decision-making, asset manager oversight, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, primarily across fixed income and private assets. With over 20 years of experience spanning traditional and alternative asset classes, Stephen brings an LP perspective to discussions on infrastructure debt and private credit in Asia.

He serves as an Executive Committee member of the CAIA Association’s Greater China Chapter, driving community engagement and education in alternative investments. Stephen has been featured in major media outlets including TVB, South China Morning Post, AsianInvestor, and Sing Tao Daily, providing insights on private credit, digital assets, and broader financial markets.

Passionate about talent development, he lectures finance courses, mentors business school students, and has trained numerous professionals across Asia through corporate programmes. Stephen holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and the CAIA, FRM, and CFA Institute’s Sustainable Investing Certificate.
