Bergman has been with Lyric since its inception and has over eleven years of experience investing in music royalties. At Lyric, he focuses on sourcing, analyzing, and executing investments, and has deep experience across the royalty asset class and has played a central role in developing and institutionalizing Lyric’s investment process. Prior to Lyric, Bergman was an Associate at Spirit Music Group, where he executed catalog acquisitions and strategic platform investments, and developed the team’s analytics framework to support disciplined underwriting. Bergman graduated with University Honors from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
