Deadlines
Below are some important deadlines:
The presentation submission deadline is March 2nd
Any presentations slides you plan to use will need to be submitted as PowerPoint Presentations (PPT. file, not PDF) by March 2nd (be sure to factor in any internal review processes). Please note that presentations will not be accepted after this date, and will need to be brought on your own device. Please remember to bring your presentation on a flash drive as back-up.
You can submit your presentations by emailing them to Elizabeth at elizabeth.anello@informa.com
AV Needs/Requirements: If you require any special AV needs (such as using a Mac or your own computer) during your presentation, please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth.anello@informa.com by March 2nd.
Please note: presentations are only required for solo presenters and keynote addresses.
If you are unable to attend the conference, please email Lee at lee.granville@informa.com. Please ensure that you also secure a replacement speaker for your session
Hotel Booking

Please note: All reservations are taken on a strictly first come first served basis. We recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Informa Connect does not reserve accommodation or make travel arrangements for speakers, this is to be done independently.

Informa Connect does not have a 3rd party hotel booking agency representing this event aside from the below links. If you are contacted to book accommodation by any agency, this is not recommended, as they are unknown to Informa Connect and the hotel.
ConnectMe App Information
If you would like to view who will be attending, you will be able to do so via the ConnectMe app.
You will gain access to this via email three weeks before the event.
The app can be used for organising meetings, viewing the agenda, viewing the attendees, accessing speaker presentations, and much more.
Please note that the platform will close two weeks after the live event week.
Important note: meeting spaces in the ConnectMe lounge are bookable via. the ConnectMe app.
The speaker lounge is not a meeting space, and please note that we do not permit non-speakers to access the speaker lounge.
Speaker Registration and Discount
As a conference speaker, your registration is complimentary. We will register you, and you will have access to onsite receptions, exhibitions, and all conference spaces.
If you’d like to invite any contacts or colleagues, we’ve put together a 10% discount for you.
Please direct any of your colleagues who are interested to the SuperReturn Private Credit Europe website, where they can view the latest agenda and register online. They should quote VIP code: FKR3638EMSPK when booking to claim their discount.
