Alexandra Tixier leads Allianz Impact Private Credit strategy in developed markets consisting in providing unitranche financing to European companies which products or services have a positive contribution to the planet or the society. Prior to her current role, Alexandra has been originating and structuring conventional senior debt financing to European companies in sponsored and sponsor-less transactions since 2017. She was also in charge of the sustainable investing strategy of the direct lending team in Europe. Prior to joining AllianzGI, she has worked in Tikehau Capital’s direct lending team and started her career in restructuring advisory business at PwC during the financial crisis. Alexandra holds a double diploma with a MSc. in Finance and a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School.
