Amit Agarwal has nearly 25 years of experience in Private Credit & Special Situation finance, corporate finance, Investments, deal structuring, deal origination, restructuring, performance improvement, turnaround management, acquisition financing, investment banking and fund raising.

Amit is one of the founding members of the Private Credit business at EAAA Alternatives and has played key role in business development and growth. He has significant relationships across LPs, Banks, Promoters and market
participants. He currently has direct oversight over $4.5 billion of assets across performing credit, real estate credit and special situations fund. He has led several acquisition / investment across strategies and has also been instrumental in resolution of large assets in the special situation fund. He has been involved in managing the entire lifecycle of investment and creating exit strategies in several assets. Apart from this he has been instrumental in fund raising efforts for Private Credit businesses in EAAA Alternatives

Prior to EAAA Alternatives, Amit was associated with ARCIL, the first ARC in India, and was a part of strategic business group where he played a key role in portfolio monitoring and analysis. He has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers earlier in Management consulting.

Amit is an All-India Rank-holder Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Lucknow University too
