Bjorn Gravsholt is the Founder and CIO of Hereford Capital, a UK Special Situations investment firm based in London.

Before Hereford, he led the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Expedia Inc responsible for buyouts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Expedia, he led turnaround and growth projects at the Virgin Group, and worked as a management consultant with the London offices of Bain & Co and Mitchell Madison Group.

He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, with additional studies at INSEAD.

Awarded SuperReturn EMex Top European Emerging Manager 2022, Hereford Capital has invested into UK Special Situations since 2010, chiefly with asset-based debt, generating a net IRR of 33.1%.
