In 2022, Charlotte joined CIBC Innovation Banking as the lead for venture and growth debt transactions in the European office. She provides growth capital to European entrepreneurs and their venture capital investors. Previously, Charlotte was Head of High Growth & Entrepreneurs at Barclays Bank in London, where she supported technology-focused businesses.

Charlotte has worked in banking since 2016, specializing in lending to companies in the innovation economy. Her experience includes structuring debt solutions for technology and high-growth firms.

Charlotte’s current focus is on the German B2B software market, which is experiencing strong investment and expansion. The European B2B software sector is notable for its increasing venture capital activity and the adoption of digital platforms by enterprises. Charlotte works with founders and investors to facilitate financing in this sector.
