Don Muir is the CEO & Founder of F2, the AI platform for private markets investors. Purpose-built for private credit, private equity, and commercial banking, F2 helps deal teams accelerate diligence, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring workflows.

Prior to F2, Don was CEO & Co-Founder of Arc, a banking and capital markets platform that helped thousands of middle-market companies access debt financing and manage everyday finances. As CEO, he raised over $180 million in equity and debt financing and scaled Arc to billions of dollars in deposits and credit volume.

A recognized voice at the intersection of finance and technology, Don is a Forbes contributor and frequent speaker at global conferences including Web Summit, CES, Bank Automation Summit, and Collision. His work focuses on how AI is modernizing private markets—reimagining the role of financial analysts, turning unstructured data into decision-ready insights, and enabling firms to move capital with greater speed and precision.

Earlier in his career, Don worked in private equity at Apollo Global Management and Onex Partners, and at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Cornell University
