Emanuele joined Urban Partners in 2020, after nearly two decades in real estate and hospitality investment banking. As Head of Credit, he is responsible for the overall management of Urban Partners’ credit platform, including its investment strategy, fund strategy and transaction management. Emanuele’s focus is on ensuring the continued development of a cross‑national credit team focused on cooperation and innovation, advancing the platform’s emphasis on sustainability‑driven debt investments.

Before joining Urban Partners, Emanuele spent 17 years at J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for Real Estate and Hospitality Investment Banking across EMEA, gaining broad experience in cross‑border advisory and complex capital solutions for institutional clients.

Emanuele graduated in International Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
