Fay is founding CEO of Brackendale Consulting, an investor marketing and communications agency offering support to the private markets industry globally.  Brackendale creates professional ESG Reports, PPMs and LP presentations, runs LP pitch training sessions, and manages PR campaigns for fund managers and advisers. Fay was previously IR Manager at pan-European growth capital fund Cipio Partners, where she also carried out PR and deal origination work. Prior to this she was consultant at private equity advisory firm Arbor Square Associates. In her earlier career as financial journalist, Fay wrote for publications including The Economist, the Financial Times group, IR magazine and Unquote.
