Gabi joined Arrow Global from ICG, where she worked for ten years as part of their business development function, including leading their Nordic investor activities. She also spent 2 years at ESO Capital, as well as various banking roles at UBS and HSBC. Her experience leading capital raising teams across Credit, Private Equity, Lending, and Real Estate at ICG makes her an expert in building long-term relationships and solutions with investors across Europe.
