Graham joined IQ-EQ in 2016 and has assisted with the structuring, establishment and portfolio management of private credit and direct lending funds domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg and Italy. These funds have underlying credit exposures in the UK, EU and USA, and focus on SME, Mid-Market, Real Estate, Shipping and Consumer loan segments. He is a Board member of several regulated investment funds which invest in private credit and real estate. Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Graham worked at Director level in RBS Group where he gained extensive experience of managing cash-flow and asset backed credit exposures through the full credit cycle, including origination, portfolio management, underwriting, restructuring, recoveries and litigation.

Graham is a Certified Investment Fund Director, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland, and a Qualified Financial Advisor. He has a Bachelor of Financial Services Degree from University College Dublin and holds Diploma’s in Corporate Finance and Insolvency.
