Mr. Budetti is Head of Business Development & Investor Relations. Mr. Budetti leads fundraising, marketing and investor relations, and is actively involved in capital markets and strategic initiatives across the Firm.

Mr. Budetti has spent his career focused on credit products, and has extensive experience at private credit funds, across various roles and stages of growth. He has worked to deliver best-in-class products and reporting to institutional investors, matching client demand with strategic initiatives and market dynamics.

Prior to joining Colbeck in 2024, Mr. Budetti was a Director at Closed Loop Partners, a multi-strategy alternative investment manager. While at Closed Loop, he led all fundraising, marketing, and investor relations initiatives. Prior to this, Mr. Budetti was a Senior Manager at MGG Investment Group, where he focused on business development and investor relations. At MGG, he helped launch new investment strategies and fund structures, and managed day-to-day client service of a global, institutional investor base. Prior to MGG, Mr. Budetti held positions at Genesis Global Trading, Anchorage Capital Group, and Nomura Holding America, where he gained experience in private capital, sales & trading, and finance & operations.

Mr. Budetti holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University.
