Haseeb is the founder and managing partner of Harwood Private Capital LLP and has over 20 years’ experience in providing all types of debt and equity type capital to companies in Europe.

Prior to setting up Harwood Private Capital in 2019, Haseeb was a Managing Director and the European head of HIG Capital’s private debt business, HIG WhiteHorse. Prior to joining HIG in 2012, Haseeb spent 10 years as a partner at Hutton Collins, a European private debt and preferred equity fund manager with over €1bn of AUM. Haseeb’s professional experience also includes leveraged finance at Merrill Lynch and M&A at Morgan Stanley.

Haseeb has a BA Honours in Chemistry from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.
