James leads the European Private Credit Team and supports all aspects of the decision-making process, including sourcing, structuring, reviewing, and negotiating deal opportunities.

Prior to joining Adams Street, James was a Managing Director in the Specialty Lending Europe Team at Sixth Street Partners. In this role, he focused on the investment execution, investment team oversight, valuations, and portfolio management for various private credit vehicles.

James’ other experience includes an Investment Associate role at Candlewick Asset Management, a Corporate Finance Associate role at Houlihan Lokey, and a Business Development & Strategy Analyst at Alliance Boots. He began his career as an Analyst at DSA Corporate Finance based in Paris, France.

James is a member of Adams Street’s Private Credit Investment Committee.
