James Sackett is a Senior Vice President and Principal for AB CarVal, where he is responsible for managing investments in European loan portfolios. Prior to joining AB CarVal in 2009, Sackett was a managing director at Saxon Consultancy in the UK. Before that, he spent 12 years at Barclays Capital, most recently as a director within the structured finance and asset-backed securitization team. Sackett holds a BA in economics from Heriot-Watt University. Location: London
