With more than 35 years in international banking and asset management, Manuela brings deep experience in global distribution and capital raising across traditional and alternative investments. Today, she leads fundraising and investor relations at private debt specialist ALIGN, connecting institutional capital with the economics of storytelling and bringing financial rigor, distribution expertise and investor credibility to the global Film and TV sector.

She joined ALIGN in 2025 after decades of leadership across international client coverage, working closely with institutional investors, private banks and family offices worldwide. Known for her relationship driven approach, she has built long standing partnerships across global markets.

Beyond her executive role, Manuela co-founded Fondsfrauen, the leading career network for women in finance across DACH and Luxembourg and is a frequent moderator and speaker at major private markets and alternatives conferences.
