Pablo Velez is a Partner and a member of the Investment Committees at Three Hills, an investment house with a focus on providing flexible capital solutions to mid-market businesses in Western Europe and the US. Mr Velez joined Three Hills in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he was a managing director in the European Principal group at Oaktree investing from both equity and debt funds. Mr Velez started his private equity career in London within the Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking team (now Trilantic Europe). Mr Velez earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
