Pascal Meysson, based in London, is Head of H.I.G. WhiteHorse, Europe. In this capacity, he oversees the European Direct Lending business, as well as origination and deployment efforts for H.I.G. WhiteHorse. Pascal serves on the Investment Committee of H.I.G. WhiteHorse, Europe. Pascal has 25 years of experience, including 20 years in the European direct lending market. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a Managing Director at Alcentra, where he co-founded the European direct lending and European mezzanine debt platforms. Before Alcentra, he was with Deutsche Bank and Charterhouse in London.

Pascal earned an M.Sc. in Management from ESSEC Business School.
