Paul Burdell is a co-founder and Chief Executive of LCM Partners, where he is responsible for new product development, Group strategy and direction, as well as managing many of LCM’s key client relationships.
Concurrently with his Group responsibilities, from 2008 to 2016 he was a Senior Adviser to the European Central Bank on its ABS Loan Level Data initiative as well as the Architect and co-founder of the European DataWarehouse. Prior to founding the Group in 1998, Paul was a career investment banker when in 1987 he formed Octagon Group which became one of the largest distressed corporate debt investors in Europe. Prior to Octagon, Paul held senior roles trading bonds and derivatives for JP Morgan Chase, DLJ, and the United Bank of Kuwait.
