Paul is Chief Investment Officer of ESR Europe's Debt business and co-portfolio manager of the firm’s commercial real estate debt Fund within ESR Europe's commercial real estate lending activities. He brings over 30 years’ experience in real estate and corporate lending and advisory. Paul began his career at Citigroup (1994–2012) and subsequently co-founded the commercial real estate business at Venn Partners LLP in 2013, where he established multiple CRE debt investment vehicles before moving to ESR Europe. He holds a MBA from the Schulich School of Business (Toronto), BA (Honours) and is a CFA charter holder.
