Sarita leads bfinance’s ESG and impact activities, supporting investors globally on their responsible investment and impact journeys. She has over a decade of experience across investments, financial services and pensions, and has supported investors on their impact allocations across private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate and natural capital. Previously, Sarita was Head of ESG Research and an Investment Consultant at XPS Pensions Group, where she led ESG strategy for clients and the firm. She sits on bfinance’s Responsible Investment Committee, is an author for the CFA UK Impact Investing Certificate, and is a CFA Charterholder. Sarita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Human Geography from University of Toronto.
