Sima has responsibility for the High Yield strategies within the Real Estate Debt team including origination and platform development.

She has 14 years experience in Structured Finance gained at various European investment banks with roles in research and sales. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Sima worked in the Asset Backed Products Group at Societe Generale focussing on commercial real estate loans and financing solutions.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick, a MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School and a MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School. Sima has also undertaken executive education courses at the London Business School in Innovation and Design Thinking and Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility.
