Tamsin Coleman is a senior member of Mercer’s European Private Debt Team, based in London. She is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring private debt investment opportunities across Europe, supporting the delivery of strategic research, advice and implementation across Mercer’s global investments business.

Prior to moving into the Private Debt team, Tamsin worked as an Investment Consultant within Mercer’s Insurance Investment Solutions business, specialising in private markets investment strategy. Before joining Mercer, Tamsin worked as an Investment Manager within Aviva UK Life’s CIO function, responsible for the design and implementation of investment strategy for both policyholder and shareholder assets.

Tamsin holds a First Class (joint Hons) degree in German and Business Studies from the University of Warwick. She is also a CFA Charterholder and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
