Dr. Till Neuber, CFA, CAIA, is Co-Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Maryland GmbH, the Hamburg-based investment company of a German single family office. He leads the firm's investment team and oversees a multi-strategy, alternatives-heavy portfolio. The investment framework follows a Total Portfolio Approach, combining endowment-style investing with a thematic approach to capital allocation. Till's responsibilities span asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction across public and private markets, with a particular focus on private credit strategies.

Prior to joining Maryland, Till was a Senior Investment Manager at the Hasso Plattner Foundation, one of Europe's largest charitable foundations, and previously traded global equity derivatives at Deutsche Bank. He holds a PhD in Finance from EDHEC Business School, where his research focused on endowment portfolio design, an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in Computer Science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
