Tom Maughan joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Partner in the Private Credit Group and Head of European Middle Market efforts.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Tom was a Managing Director at J.P Morgan responsible for leading the European team of J.P Morgan Mezzanine, part of the Global Special Opportunities Group.

Tom received an MBS and BComm from University College Dublin.
