Xavier is Managing Partner at Nighthawk, a growth credit firm focused on funding European scale-ups with zero and low dilution funding. Nighthawk works principally with fast-growing technology companies, extending financing in the form of venture debt, factoring R&D Tax Credits and grants, and working capital loans under the UK Export Finance General Export Facility guarantee scheme.

Xavier has over 25 years’ experience in debt and technology, through his previous roles as a partner at THS Partner focused on technology investments and managing a structured lending book at UBS, including through the financial crisis, giving him significant insights into the current macroeconomic cycle.
