Elizabeth Goodrich is a Managing Director at Cercano Management LLC where she serves as the Co-Head of Private Investments focusing on direct investing across the private credit and private equity landscape. Cercano Management, founded in 2020, is a $10 bn AUM+ privately held global investment advisor that invests on behalf of families across private and public markets.

Prior to Cercano, Elizabeth was a senior investment professional at Vulcan, Inc. where she focused on credit investing beginning in 2015. Previously, Elizabeth held roles at York Capital Management, focused on distressed credit investing at the multi-strategy hedge fund. She began her career at Bank of America as an analyst in Leveraged Acquisition Finance.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania; and holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business.
